Braun Notes Coffee serves simply delicious brunch menus from €17 to €25.
The 17€ brunch menu – HashtagBraunNotesCoffee
The 17€ brunch menu is the lightest and includes a variety of pancakes (salted caramel, American, seasonal or Norwegian) and a coconut granola (very special from Braun Notes Coffee).
The 18€ brunch menu – Light menu
For the light menu, it is either a salmon or an avocado sandwich, a cookie and a hot drink of your choice served with a juice.
The 25€ brunch menu – Gourmand menu
The gourmand menu is the most full-course meal. It is ideal if you want a hearty, healthy and varied brunch.
For the gourmand brunch, the savoury dish is composed of 2 delicious toasts: an avocado toast with a poached egg and a salmon toast on a bed of cream cheese. A hot drink of your choice (tea, coffee or latté), a juice (homemade lemonade or squeezed juice) and finally a coconut granola. A granola served in a coconut !

The Sweet and Salty formula at 12€
This mixed breakfast consists of a mini granola bowl, salmon or avocado toast and a hot beverage of your choice.
The Savory Morning formula at 14€
For those who crave a high protein breakfast, the Savory Morning is a good choice. Composed of a fried bacon OR smoked salmon with 2 fried eggs with 1/2 avocado, a toasted country bread and a hot beverage of your choice.
The Influencer morning formula for 19€.
For an ultra Instagrammable breakfast, it’s the Influencer morning formula with a fried bacon OR smoked salmon with 2 fried eggs with 1/2 avocado, a toasted country bread. And that’s not all! You also get a mini granola bowl, a croissant, a squeezed orange juice and a hot beverage of your choice. This is one of the most complete formulas !
The restaurant is not very spacious, so you will have to arrive a little early to get a comfortable seat and enjoy the special coconut granola stock at Braun Notes Coffee.
